All quoted rates cover a 30 mile radius of Stanton, Suffolk (e.g. a total maximum return trip distance of 100 miles). Please call 01359 252232 for a quote for additional mileage.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable one month before the event. Full payment will be incurred where cancellations are received less than 72 hours (three days) before the booked event.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke in any vehicle.
Passengers are not permitted to consume any food or alcohol in any hired vehicle, unless agreed prior to hire. The hirer will be liable for cleaning expenses caused by spillages or sickness within the vehicle.
The driver can refuse to carry any passenger who appears to have consumed too much alcohol. The full price of the booking must still be paid. He can also terminate the journey at any time if any passenger becomes rowdy or aggressive.
Any damage internally or externally to the vehicle by any passenger will also result in additional charges.
Additional pick-up addresses not confirmed when the booking is made will incur reasonable charges for the additional mileage covered.
Our drivers will travel within the prevailing speed limits. Please do not ask them to exceed the statutory speed limits.
Once we leave the pick-up address/addresses we cannot accept any responsibility for late arrival/departure due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions, etc.).
Whilst every precaution is taken we except no responsibility for loss or damage to any article placed or carried in any vehicle.
In the event that we are unable to carry out a contract, we reserve the right to have the contract carried out by a third party nominated by Classic Vehicle Hire.
An additional charge may be imposed if the driver has to wait longer than 30 minutes at the start/return journey times booked unless we have been notified in advance.
Event bookings - especially Weddings - are often planned up to twenty-four months in advance. Given that circumstances outside our control (e.g. changes in taxation, increases in fuel costs, etc.) could occur during such long lead times, we reserve the right to levy an additional charge in such circumstances.
Bookings are accepted on the understanding that the hirer agrees and accepts these Terms & Conditions. Payment of the required deposit signifies such acceptance.
